Master Mel is the eldest brother of the Master Soo and Master Loo. He has powers like his brothers, but only uses them for evil. He wants revenge of his brother because he and Soo were playing hide and seek and Soo never bothered to go find him. He is not only is the enemy of his brother, but he is also the enemy of the Sooga Super Squad. He rides magic clouds like his brothers, but his is black. He loves Doga.

When they were younger, Master Mel and his little brother Master Soo played hide and seek. When the game started, Master Mel hid in a box. When Master Soo counted to 10, he got bored when he reached '5' and left, leaving Mel to be trapped in the box that Santa found, wrapped and stored in his house, later forgetting about it for 10,000 years (according to Master Mel).
