Tobe's ninjas, more often than not, eliminate themselves by misinterpreting Tobe's commands or by just utterly acting stupid, much to Tobe's annoyance. Tobe's ninjas are almost never unmasked, even if they go to sleep. Tobe's ninjas can also sometimes be too stupid and sometimes they forget the commands that he gives. Though they are mostly useless to him, Tobe still requires their help in his attempts to defeat Garu. Regardless, they are very easy to defeat, usually by Pucca.
Description[]
All of them wear identical outfits consisting of black ninja clothes, gray gloves and shoes, and a headband with a X in the middle, similar to Tobe's. Each ninja also possesses a scabbard containing a katana. Physically, each ninja also looks identical to one another.
Personality[]
All of Tobe's ninjas seem to share the same careless, happy and dimwitted personality, often not paying attention to Tobe's orders. This is shown in many episodes, such as Stuck on Goo. In one episode, they played hopscotch while Tobe screamed for help. In a Netflix episode, it's revealed that Tobe is someone they hate (most likely as a boss). Despite that, though, they are all clearly attached to him and admire him at the same time, often attacking those who pose a threat to Tobe.

Trivia[]
- Unlike Tobe, they made their first appearance as background characters in the original shorts.
- According to Tobe, they "work cheap", implying that they are hired (and paid) to help. They also always call Tobe "master". This is further evidenced in Striking Out, wherein Tobe fires them.
- Despite being immensely stupid in numerous episodes for various reasons, they do seem to have some abilities in craftsmanship and engineering. They have been seen making submarines, a mobile shuriken turret based on top of Pucca's scooter, a ride-along snowblower, and a car created specifically to destroy Garu (despite crashing and destroying the car several seconds later).
- In Spring Mushrooms, they retain their original design. However, in The Bodyguard Contest and for the rest of Pucca: Love Recipe, their skin tone has changed to a fairer color.
